Additional Fees
- Shipping Fees (Digital Products): No shipping fees apply.
- Shipping fees (Physical Products)
Domestic Shipping within Japan: Flat rate of 1,000 JPY per order.
International Shipping: Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on Japan Post EMS rates, according to weight and destination. - Customs Duties / Import Taxes: For international shipments of physical products, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Shipping Policy
■Digital Products
- There is no physical shipment.
- Download becomes available immediately after payment is completed.
■Physical Products
- Shipped via Japan Post EMS.
- A tracking number will be sent by email after dispatch.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
■Digital Products (e.g. STL Files)
Due to the nature of digital goods, returns, exchanges, and cancellations cannot be accepted.
■Physical Products
- Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled by clicking the “Cancel” button in the “My Account” section of the website.
- After Shipment: Unopened items may be returned or exchanged if you contact us within 7 days of delivery. Opened items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Defective Products
Please contact us. If a product is defective, we will cover the return shipping cost and either issue a refund or send a replacement.
Delivery Time
■Digital Products (e.g. STL files)
- Download is available on the payment confirmation page immediately after payment.
- Download is available from the “My Account” page (if registered).
- A download link is sent immediately in the order confirmation email after payment.
■Physical Products
- Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase.
- Shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) by Japan Post.
- Delivery time varies by region (e.g. Asia 2-5 days, North America/Europe 3-7 days).
Quantity Limitations
There is no purchase limit. However, sales may be suspended depending on stock availability.

交換・返品・キャンセルに関するポリシー
■デジタル商品（STLファイル）
商品の性質上、返品・交換・キャンセルはお受けできません。
■現物商品
・発送前の商品：ウェブサイトの「My Account」内のキャンセルボタンを押して注文をキャンセルできます。
・発送後の商品：未開封の商品は、到着後 7 日以内にご連絡頂いた場合に限り、返金または交換が可能です。開封後の返品や交換は受け付けておりません。
■不良品について
こちらからご連絡下さい。商品に欠陥がある場合、当店が送料を負担して返金するか、新しい製品と交換いたします。
配送に必要な日数
■デジタル商品（STLファイルなど）
・決済完了後に表示されるお支払い完了画面より、即時ダウンロードして頂けます。
・マイアカウントページからもダウンロード可能です（アカウント作成済みの場合）。
・決済完了後に送信される注文完了メールにもダウンロードリンクを記載します。
■現物商品
・ご注文後 1～3営業日以内に発送します。
・日本郵便のEMS にて発送します。
・配送日数は地域により異なります（アジア 2～5日、北米・欧州 3～7日など）。
注文可能な数量
制限はありません。ただし、在庫状況により販売を停止する場合があります。
